Our ZO® Skin Health products are medical-grade skincare products and may only be supplied following professional consultation.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have completed a consultation with our clinic OR
• You have submitted a consultation request where required
• All information you provide is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where clinical suitability has not been confirmed.

4. Clinical Consultation Requirements

Some products available in our shop are prescription-only skincare products.

New customers must complete a consultation prior to purchasing products.
Existing customers may reorder products previously prescribed to them following consultation.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse supply of any product if clinically inappropriate
• Amend or substitute products based on clinical judgement
• Request further consultation before dispatch

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However:

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order until clinical suitability has been confirmed (if applicable).

We aim to dispatch orders promptly once clinical approval has been completed and payment has cleared.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Postal or courier services

• Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer

• Circumstances outside our control

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you once delivery has been completed.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the clinical and hygienic nature of medical-grade skincare products, we cannot accept returns.
